The
AT&T Employees Pittsburgh, PA Federal Credit Union
was organized by employees of the AT&T Company and
Western Electric Company to promote
thrift among its members by offering to them a means for
making safe and regular investments and to enable members
to obtain loans at a reasonable rate of interest for
worthwhile purposes.
The credit union idea is a proven one. Through credit
unions, the average person has demonstrated that, by
faith in the integrity and dignity of others, he or she
has the ability to manage their own financial affairs
better than anyone.
Credit Unions encourage their members to become better
citizens through the practice of self-help in the best
American tradition. The growth and strength of this
Credit Union is owed solely to the support of its members
-- past and present.Mission Statement: To
continually strive to maintain a progressive and
financially stable CU that gives our members control over
their finances by abiding with all applicable
regulations, legal requirements, sound financial
standards and ethical codes. To provide members with a
variety of products and services which are convenient and
reasonably priced. To treat our members with courtesy and
handle requests in a reliable and efficient manner.
Philsophy: We are
about personal service and competitive rates for loans
and savings. We don't offer every service under the sun,
but we can offer a number of services for free or at a
low cost.
