What rate of dividends does the Credit Union pay on Share accounts?
Rates are changed periodically by the Board of Directors, based on economic conditions and net earnings of the Credit Union. Current rates are available at the Credit Union office.

How are dividends computed?
Dividends are computed on full share dollar value and are compounded quarterly and paid on the daily average balance. Therefore, you draw dividends for the full time your money stays in your share account. Funds Availability Policy
Our policy is to make funds from your deposits available to you on the business day that we receive your deposit. EFT deposits are available on the day we receive the deposit. Once funds are available, you may withdraw the funds, and we will use the funds to pay checks that you have written. Everyday is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays, Federal holidays and any other day we are closed. Your deposits are considered deposit funds: the day you make your deposit in person, the day we receive the deposit in the mail or the day you deposit funds in an ATM. In some cases, we will not make your funds available on the business day that we receive your deposit. We reserve the right to hold funds in certain instances. If you need funds from a deposit right away, you should ask us when the funds will be available. A hold may occur if we believe a deposit may not be paid; you deposit checks totalling more than $5,000 on any one day; you deposit a check that has been returned upaid; account has been overdrawn repeatedly in the last 6 months or there is an emergency, such as failure of communications or computer equipment. We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you when the funds will be available.

What is audio response?
Audio Response is another way to access your accounts. You are given a PIN number and a phone number to call. You can do inquiries, transfers and withdrawals from your savings and checking accounts. All Audio Response withdrawals will be available for pickup at the Grant Street Office. You may also review checks that have cleared and review your loan balances. This is a free service and a convenient way to access your accounts during non-business hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
